There are three possible entries for this field:
The rating states the possibility of the record having an issue, for example, may no longer be valid. It would, therefore, be best to treat medium-risk records with a degree of caution.
The rating was derived using several factors, including disconnected phone/fax records, URL testing, ASIC information, user feedback and other measurement points. This data is used to form a matrix allowing us to rate the records.
Experience shows that whilst one of these factors does on it's on its own does not necessarily mean the record is "dead" The more that are in play, the more the likelihood that it is.
This is not a perfect solution, but given the economies of scale required for this number of records, it does go somewhere to address the problem of measuring data at an affordable price.
