TERMS OF SERVICE — GoldenHourCam Effective Date: May 11, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GoldenHourCam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App on iPhone and iPad devices running iOS.

2. Description of the App

GoldenHourCam is a camera application that uses your device's screen as a warm fill light for selfies and video capture. The App displays full-screen gradient light presets and provides a draggable front-camera viewfinder overlay, enabling you to take better-lit photos and record videos.

Core features include:

• Ten warm light presets with animated breathing gradients
• Photo capture (JPEG/HEIC) saved to your device's camera roll
• Video recording saved to your camera roll (Pro subscription required)
• Draggable, pinch-to-zoom viewfinder overlay
• Adjustable gradient intensity and animation settings
• Mirror front camera toggle
• Countdown timer for hands-free capture
• Automatic maximum screen brightness while the App is active

3. Subscriptions and Payments

GoldenHourCam operates on a freemium model. Video recording requires a "Pro" subscription. Available plans are a weekly subscription and a yearly subscription.

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service. All fees are charged in advance to the payment method linked to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
