The Dashboard is your home base in Dashboardly. It gives you a quick, at-a-glance view of how your TikTok Shop is performing right now and over any date range you choose. You can see your most important numbers, track trends over time, and identify your best-selling products and top customers -- all without leaving a single page.
Money is displayed in your shop's currency. JPY and other zero-decimal currencies do not show a trailing decimal suffix, while currencies with minor units keep their normal decimal places. This changes presentation only; the underlying totals and calculations are unchanged.
The Dashboard remains available. After the limit, imports continue and existing visible data stays available. New post-cap orders are saved but stay out of the overview cards, charts, and Top Products until they are released. No further Flex charges accrue in that usage month.
Hidden post-cap orders stay hidden across renewals and new usage cycles. They become visible when you raise your Flex Charge Limit so it covers more orders, or upgrade to a plan with enough capacity. Activating an approved custom plan or an approved support release also reveals them. Costs that do not come from an order, such as Ad Spend or a Manual Adjustment, may continue to update for the selected date range.
The overview cards use the financial combination selected in Filters. The applied date basis, accounting basis, and sample-cost choice are shown above the cards. Dashboard, Sales & Profit, Product Overview, and Profit & Loss have the same financial controls. When you apply a changed combination, choose whether it is personal to Dashboard or becomes the shared default for all reporting pages. Shared starting values and your remembered Apply behavior live in Settings > Reporting. The How profit is calculated link beside the label opens this guide.
Your reports use synced TikTok Shop orders, transaction and settlement details, refund data, connected TikTok Ads data, and the costs and Manual Adjustments you configure in Dashboardly. Settlement basis uses TikTok settlement amounts where available and estimates for orders still pending settlement. Your own costs, such as COGS, also affect profit; Net Profit is Operating Profit minus Net Ad Spend. A recent period can therefore contain both finalized and still-updating figures.
The same data can produce different totals when you change how it is grouped or recognized:
| View | Date basis | Accounting basis | What you are comparing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Any financial reporting page | Order date | Settlement | Sales and their available settled or estimated financial amounts. |
| Any financial reporting page | Order date | Accrual | Profit recognized against orders sold in the selected period; it need not equal Settlement profit. |
| Any financial reporting page | Fulfillment date | Accrual | Fulfilled activity in the selected period. |
| Any financial reporting page | Statement date | Settlement | Settlement activity grouped by TikTok statement/payout timing instead of order placement. |
For example, an order placed on August 30 and settled on September 3 can fall outside an August 31–September 6 Order date report but contribute settlement activity to that period's Statement date report. Changing the basis changes the question the report answers; it is not just a different label for the same total.
To compare an overview card with another report, use the card's exact start and end dates, the same shop and reporting timezone, date and accounting bases, Sales included scope, sample costs, Figures, and cancelled-sales treatment. Leave product/SKU filters empty for a shop-wide comparison. Check the actual dates, not only preset names: a rolling or completed-day preset may cover different days from Week to date.
Wait for each report to finish loading and check its data-confidence note. If a required financial calculation is temporarily unavailable, the affected Dashboard period may show a load error or a partial-metrics notice instead of presenting incomplete amounts as a complete financial result. Wait briefly, then use Retry if shown or refresh Dashboard. Periods including today continue to change as new orders and settlement details arrive, so a screenshot taken earlier is not a frozen total. See Profit & Loss for the detailed reporting controls.
The Dashboard displays metrics through four overview cards at the top and Charts below them. All four cards share one set of metrics that you choose, and the Filters button decides which four time periods they cover.
