Dashboardly offers several subscription plans designed for different business sizes. Whether you are just starting on TikTok Shop or managing multiple shops at scale, there is a plan that fits your needs.
All plans are billed through Stripe, a secure payment processor. You can manage your subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within Dashboardly.
If you create an account without starting a subscription, Dashboardly shows a reminder banner at the top of the application. The banner appears for both brand and agency workspaces, so you do not need to create a second account or repeat registration.
Select Choose a Plan in the banner to open Settings > Subscription, review the plans available for your workspace type, and start the plan or trial that fits your current shop and order volume. Agency users stay inside the agency workspace throughout this flow.
The reminder remains visible while registration is incomplete. After a plan is active, it disappears automatically. If your agency later approaches its included shop or order capacity, contact Dashboardly support to discuss a custom plan rather than creating another workspace.

Each plan includes a set number of orders in every usage month. These are the new orders Dashboardly processes from your TikTok Shop during that usage month.
Orders above your included orders are Flex orders, charged at your plan's per-order Flex rate. Your Flex Charge Limit is the most you can be charged for Flex orders in one usage month. You can choose it up to your plan's maximum. The billable-order threshold is your included orders plus the Flex orders your limit can cover. The standard monthly base + Flex limit is a plan's standard monthly base price plus its standard Flex Charge Limit, before taxes, credits, discounts, and separate services. It is a comparison figure, not a guaranteed invoice total.
Order usage can appear in Dashboardly before its related Stripe invoice charge is confirmed. If a delayed charge cannot be safely verified, Dashboardly holds the billing record for review instead of submitting the same order again automatically. Contact support if an invoice charge does not match the order usage or Flex Charge Limit shown in Settings > Subscription.
The Flex Charge Limit is reached when its remaining amount cannot cover one more Flex order, even if a small fraction remains (Cap reached). The limit caps charges; it does not limit imports. When you reach it, no further Flex charges accrue in that usage month. After the limit, imports continue and existing visible data stays available. New post-cap orders are saved but hidden from views, reports, and exports until you raise your limit or upgrade. Raising the limit releases them.
