Topics covered

1. Mujtaba — availability and communication

Mujtaba acknowledged not being consistently available at 11am NY (his stated start time). He attributed this to personal issues this month, said it is resolved, and committed to being available at or before 11am starting Monday March 23. Team emphasized that reliability — not just total hours — is the key concern.

He also acknowledged missing a WhatsApp group message and was asked to adopt a more proactive approach to monitoring tasks and communications.

2. Cast app — Liz Repz

Two separate issues discussed:

Vertical slider redesign (active request): Liz asked for a vertical slider with bigger thumbnails, similar to an Instagram-style layout. Costell sent an estimate of 25 hours (~$1,000 fee). Team agreed this is too expensive to pass to Liz.

Decision: Ane to get Costell's estimate formalized and send a proposal to Liz. In parallel, Riaan to attempt the change using Codex — expected cost ~$100. Arseni noted that proceeding with Codex means Costell would no longer support the app going forward, and the team accepted this trade-off.

Blurry thumbnails (deferred): Old issue diagnosed by Soren as a Vimeo integration problem. Would require significant rework. Liz has not raised it as a complaint. No action until she does.

Confirmed: Scoot TV does not use Cast. Cast code is in the team's Git repository.

3. David Drebin — mobile website

Mira reviewed the mobile landing page and flagged it as too crowded — too much text, too many sections. David suggested animations; team agreed animation on top of the current layout would make it worse. Decision: redesign the mobile experience to be more minimalistic first.
