When the Daily Email Digest rollout is enabled in production, it sends a summary of the previous full Eastern calendar day's business performance at 8 AM Eastern Time. It includes key profit-and-loss metrics, currency-safe shop summaries, a bounded shop-by-shop breakdown, and a snapshot of your most recent unread notifications -- so you can start your day knowing what happened without mixing unlike currencies.
Rollout status: The campaign and email template are configured, but the reliability update still requires merge, deployment, worker/schedule verification, and the first natural delivery. Keep this article in draft until those production gates pass.
Each Daily Digest email contains the following sections:
When comparison data is available, metrics include the percentage change from the day before. Increases are shown with a positive number and decreases with a negative number. If the prior day's data is unavailable, Dashboardly keeps the valid current-day metrics and omits the affected comparison instead of showing a misleading zero or percentage.
Every shop whose current metrics were loaded successfully contributes to its ISO-currency summary. The email then shows details for up to 12 shops. If more details are available, the email says how many are shown and omitted; the summary still includes all successful shops.
Shops are grouped by ISO currency code, such as USD, GBP, or EUR. Dashboardly does not apply an exchange rate and does not add unlike currencies into one money total. A multi-currency digest therefore shows a separate summary for each currency. If a shop's currency cannot be proven, Dashboardly does not silently label it as USD.
