These rules exist to keep it that way. If you're ever unsure where to find something, try using Discord's search function first, and if you still can't find what you're looking for, any chat mod will be happy to point you in the right direction.
The same respect and positivity expected in clan chat applies here. Be kind, be welcoming, and treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated. Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior will not be tolerated. If you wouldn't say it in front of the whole clan, think twice before posting it.

NSFW content of any kind is not permitted anywhere in this Discord, including the memes channel. This includes explicit images, nudity, weaponry, drug use, graphic violence, and anything else that would be considered inappropriate in a general audience setting. If you're not sure whether something crosses the line, it probably does. Don't post it.
✨ No political content
Political discussion and politically charged content are not permitted anywhere in the Discord. This applies to memes, images, links, and text. We are a gaming community and we want this space to be welcoming to everyone regardless of their background or beliefs. This isn't the place for it. That said, if something comes up that threatens the safety or wellbeing of our members, we will always act to make sure EG remains the safe and inclusive space it's meant to be.
✨ No spoilers without warning
If you want to discuss plot points from a game, show, book, or movie, please use the spoiler tag feature in Discord and include a clear warning in your message. Not everyone is caught up and nobody wants to have something ruined for them.
✨ No spam or excessive pinging
Please do not spam channels with repeated messages, excessive emojis, or walls of unrelated text. Do not ping roles or individuals unnecessarily. Mass pinging or pinging staff for non-urgent matters is not appropriate. If you need help, open a ticket or send a message in the relevant channel and someone will get to you.

Do not advertise other clans, Discord servers, social media accounts, or external services without prior approval from staff.
