💜 Welcome to Eternal Gems! We're really glad you're here. Whether you've been playing OSRS for years or just started your account last week, there's a place for you in this clan. This page will help you get your bearings so you can hit the ground running.

Getting Your In-Game Rank

Once you've joined the Discord and meet the 500 total level requirement, you can apply for your starter rank in #new-members-guests. Woohoo!

As you spend more time in the clan and participate in events, you'll become eligible for higher ranks over time. There's no pressure to chase ranks but it's a nice way to mark your journey as an EG member. Check out the Ranks page for a full breakdown of how the system works.

Getting Around the Discord

We know the Discord has a lot of channels and it can feel overwhelming at first. A few tips to help you navigate:

• Check out the “How to navigate Discord” page
• Use Discord's search function to find specific channels or past conversations
• Check out #self-roles, where you can assign your own roles according to what content you’d like to be pinged about
• If you still can't find what you're looking for, any chat mod will be happy to point you in the right direction
• Keep an eye on the #announcements channel for important updates and upcoming events

You don't have to be active in every channel. Find the ones that feel relevant to you and go from there.

Events

Events are the heartbeat of EG and one of the best ways to meet people in the clan. We run bingos, masses, learner events, and more throughout the year. You do not need to be a high level player or have specific gear to participate in most events. We design them with a wide range of experience levels in mind and there's almost always something you can contribute.
