Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Emoji Guess Now mobile application (the "App"). We adhere to a strict "Local-First" privacy model to ensure your social interactions and game sessions remain private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.
- No Data Harvesting: We do not track your specific guesses or linking them to your identity.
- AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the emoji puzzles on compatible televisions or monitors. This connection is managed entirely by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All logic for puzzle randomization, category sorting, and scoring happens strictly on your local hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your game history, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to the cloud.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App will permanently remove all local progress and preferences. We cannot recover this data as we do not host it.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Emoji Guess Now.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and trivia.
2. Nature of the Game
- Social Utility: The App provides emoji-based puzzles for entertainment. Plation Inc. is not responsible for any social disputes arising from the difficulty or interpretation of specific puzzles.
- Content Disclaimer: Puzzles are created for trivia purposes and may refer to third-party intellectual property (such as movie or TV show titles) under fair use for commentary and entertainment.
