From 2018 to 2022, both revenue and margin continuously decreased. In 2018, the revenue was $58M, but by 2022 it had dropped to $12M, which is almost an 80 percent decrease. The margin also fell from $15M in 2018 to only $3M in 2022, which is exactly an 80 percent drop.
2018 and 2019 are the only years when the actual monthly revenue was above the target revenue. Meanwhile, 2020 is the only year when the actual monthly revenue was below the target, possibly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
From 2018 to 2022, across revenue, margin, customers, and quantity, February was on average the lowest-performing month, while December was the highest-performing month. In 2022, April and May were the worst-performing months, with no revenue, no margin, no customers, and no quantity at all, possibly because 2020 had the COVID-19 pandemic.
The top three departments with the highest performance from 2018 to 2022, across revenue, margin, customers, and quantity, are Electronics in first place, Casa in second, and Esportes in third.
