Summary

As Paytient’s first full-time product designer, I led its transformation from a basic MVP app into a full-featured mobile-first platform. On over 3,5 years I implemented design systems, conducted user research sessions, implemented a major rebrand and grew the design team from 2 to 5 while fostering a culture of collaboration. My work focused on building strong design foundations that led to improved usability while delivering a consistent and delightful user experience.
