1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

  1. "We", "Us", "Our", "Emerald Picks" refers to Emerald Picks, a sole trader business registered in Ireland, operating personal shopping and retail services under the name Emerald Picks.
  2. "Customer", "You", "Your" refers to any person placing an order or completing a transaction with us.
  3. "Products" refers to all goods displayed and/or sold on our social media platforms, including but not limited to Jellycat plush toys, luxury brand products, lifestyle goods, and other items.
  4. "In-Stock Items" refers to products we currently hold in inventory and can ship within a short period after receiving payment.
  5. "Pre-Order Items" refers to products that are purchased from third-party retailers or official channels based on individual customer orders.
  6. "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by the Customer through Instagram Direct Message, WhatsApp, forms, or other designated channels.
  7. "Order Confirmation" refers to our written acceptance of an order via message or email, containing product details, quantity, price, shipping costs, and payment terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

  1. We operate as a personal shopping and limited retail resale service. We are not an official distributor, authorized retailer, or partner of any brand featured on our platforms.
  2. Some products are purchased in advance as inventory (In-Stock Items); other products are sourced from retailers in Ireland or other regions upon customer request (Pre-Order Items).
