**Position: Gradient Korea Lead

Responsibilities:**

• Increase Gradient’s brand awareness and influence within the Korean community
• Build and maintain relationships with Korean KOLs, media, and communities
• Support creation and localization of Gradient’s Korean content and strategic communications
• Assist with Gradient’s marketing, events, and BD efforts in the Korean market

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of crypto / AI / Web3 ecosystems
• Experience in social media or community operations
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
• Proactive, creative, and highly execution-driven

Work Setup:

• Full-time / Remote
• Work directly with Gradient’s global team
