Bio
My approach to UX was shaped by a childhood defined by exploration. Raised by a fighter pilot and a commercial pilot, I learned early on that success requires a blend of decisive action and analytical empathy. This "cockpit-view" of the world instilled in me an innate adaptability and a deep curiosity about how people navigate complex systems.
Today, I apply that same lens to UX Research and Design Strategy. With 5+ years of experience across Enterprise Banking, EdTech, and Professional Sports, I help organizations move from "visuals" to "value." I specialize in navigating the "gray areas" of user behavior, ensuring that while empathy drives the process, strategy ensures the solutions stick. I am a method-agnostic researcher—leveraging a flexible toolkit of qualitative and quantitative data to build inclusive products that resonate across diverse cultures and demographics.
