Lemonade gives every kid the tools to earn their first dollar, starting with RBLX games.

We both made money as teenagers. One of us ran large Minecraft servers. The other built Roblox games in his middle school's computer lab. It changed how we saw the world. It showed us we didn't need permission to build. It was our red pill.
Most kids never get that moment. We're building the tool that gives it to them.
Roblox is our initial wedge (600M MAU, kids already making money there). It's our entry point to earn trust with millions of teenagers by helping them create their dream games. Over time, we’ll expand into a broader “Lemonade stand” platform, helping teenagers build online businesses more generally with agents.
Where we are now:
- Years of runway. Product team is 2 people and growth is 1.
- Fastest-growing creator tool on Roblox.
- We are backed by a t1 firm, with angels from Cursor, Suno, Supercell, Convex, Disney, XBOX and other amazing people.
- We spend 2 weeks together in person every 2–3 months. These are focused sprints for planning and alignment, followed by ~6 weeks of heads-down execution from our home setups where we each work best. So far, we lived in San Francisco, Helsinki and Berlin (locations rotate - next Japan). Of course, all trips covered by the company.
The deal:
- Build at scale for real users, not a pitch deck vision.
- Competitive salary (real money, not startup paper money).
- Work on the frontier of agents, evals and creative tools.
- 0.5-2% equity (enough to matter if we win).
- Travel somewhere beautiful with smart people.
- No meetings about meetings. No process for process sake. Just building.
The filter:
Don't apply if you:
- Think work-life balance is sacred.
- Are looking for your next FAANG role.
- Need someone to tell you what to build.
- Don't like working with a young audience.
Do apply if you:
- Had a side hustle before 18 (or wish you had one).
- Want your code to matter immediately.
- You live in the trenches of agents, going for long walks to map the future in your head.

If you've read this far and feel nothing, we're not for each other.
