Kits Vault is a free app for football shirt collectors. No sign-in is required — just tap "Get Started" and begin adding your kits.
The app works offline with no account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, only your kit details touch our server — photos stay in your own private cloud (Google Drive or iCloud) and we never see them. No ads. No subscription. No data selling. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
Tap the "+" button on the Dashboard or go to the Vault tab. Add at least one photo, fill in the details, and tap Save.
Your kits are stored locally on your device by default. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your kit details (team, year, condition, etc.) also sync to our secure server so you can access them on multiple devices. Photos are different — they're stored in your own private cloud (Google Drive on Android, iCloud on iPhone) in a folder we never see.
You can use the app entirely offline without ever signing in.
Yes. Sign in with Google or Apple from Settings → Account, and your kit details will sync across all devices where you sign in with the same account. Photo sync is opt-in (off by default to save data) — turn it on in Settings → Sync.
Settings → Account → Sign in. Pick Google or Apple. Sync runs automatically the next time the app opens. You can also tap "Sync Now" in Settings to sync immediately.
In your own private cloud — Google Drive on Android, iCloud on iPhone. The folder is invisible to other apps and is not surfaced in your normal Drive or iCloud Photos interface. We never see the photos.
Photo sync is off by default. Turn it on in Settings → Sync → Sync photos.
Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm twice (a warning dialog, then a "type DELETE" input). This permanently removes your kits, settings, and account from our server. Photos in your own Drive or iCloud are yours to keep or delete.
