TL;DR: Upload your scripts as PDF or text in the web app under Settings › Product configuration › Playbook. Up to 15 per account. Scripts show exactly as written, so clean them up before you upload.
Upload a script
- Save your script as a PDF or text file. Using Google Docs? Download it as PDF first (File › Download › PDF).
- Go to app.asksayso.com
- Open Settings › Product configuration › Playbook
- Upload the file and give it a clear name, like "Expired Opener" or "FSBO Objections"
- Star it as your favorite if it's the one you use most
You can have up to 15 custom scripts per account, on top of the preloaded ones.
Clean it up first
Playbook shows your script exactly as written. Before you upload:
- Remove notes to yourself, filler and anything you wouldn't say out loud
- Split a big script book into one file per call type: expired, FSBO, buyer lead, sphere, circle prospecting
- Long or messy PDF? Email it to [email protected] and we'll help clean it up
What makes a good script
You'll glance at it mid-call, so keep it scannable:
- Opener: the exact words for the first 10 seconds
- Objection handlers: the top five for this call type, one or two lines each
- Transition: how you move from rapport into questions
- Close: how you ask for the appointment
Bullets and short phrases beat paragraphs.
