Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

BEES is an e-commerce and SaaS company created by AB InBev (bees.com). It is transforming the traditional sales model by putting customers at the center, making their lives easier and their businesses more profitable. BEES is not just here for beer — it’s actively joining the ranks of global e-commerce giants. In our project, we are rolling out the BEES platform across multiple countries.

REQUIREMENTS: Background in manual and black-box testing for web and mobile applications Comfortable working with APIs Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Pytest) Upper-Intermediate English for daily team communication Strong soft skills, proactiveness, and involvement in work with a mindset for continuous improvement Strong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and problem-solving fundamentals Comfortable working with JSON, databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB), and related tools (Postman, Insomnia, NewRelic) Practical knowledge of Jira, Firebase, Zephyr, LambdaTest, and Azure DevOps Understanding of DevOps and development tools (Git, Maven, Gradle) and cloud platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and security protocols (JWT, OAuth) is a plus Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in test planning, execution, defect analysis, and reporting High involvement, responsibility, and ability to communicate and justify solutions to stakeholders Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities

RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate within a cross-functional team to contribute to feature development and global product maintenance Support the UAT process and guide user teams throughout testing Ensure Acceptance Criteria are met and promote a user-first approach in product discussions Accurately report bugs with clear and complete information Monitor test results and manage test repositories Identify problems, risks, and dependencies; escalate when needed Participate in Agile rituals and ceremonies Promote testing best practices within the team and organization Stay informed about industry trends and advancements Partner with peers to enhance test development, automation, and release processes
