The role

• Own Ops: Finance, treasury, investor admin, legal, people ops, partner onboarding and events.
• Agent-native: You confidently design, build and run automations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: You build and improve the dashboards, processes and tooling to oversee finance, sales, and key metrics.
• Remote: Fully remote. Preference to be within +-5h of CET. No fixed schedule.
• Small team: Work directly with the founders in a team of < 20.

What you'll own

• Events: Plan, design and run our in-person events at conferences and our team onsites.
• Finance and treasury: Payments, invoicing, payroll, oversee and support our accountant, and financial planning.
• Compliance: Oversee KYB, process documentation, investor and financial reporting.
• People: Contracts, onboarding, tool access, hiring logistics.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Build and improve the dashboards, processes and tooling to oversee finance, sales, CRM hygiene, and other metrics.

What you bring

• Ownership: You finish what you start. Nothing important sits unanswered on your watch.
• Builder: You already automate your own work with code or AI agents, and you want to push that much further.
• Ops experience: Ideally, you have experience running finance and admin at a startup or related experience.
• Clarity: You write clearly, over-communicate, and keep things simple.
