Since 2022, I have designed and coordinated a range of learning and development programs for scholarship applicants, awardees, and professionals. These programs have evolved from recurring scholarship mentorship into structured learning initiatives covering scholarship preparation, assessment preparation, research development, doctoral preparation, and institutional mentoring collaborations. My experience spans the full program lifecycle—from identifying participant needs and designing program structures to recruiting mentors and speakers, coordinating external partners, managing participants, delivering learning activities, and monitoring program implementation. The programs have included recurring mentorship cycles, scholarship preparation and TBS programs, research collaboration, doctoral preparation webinars, language preparation, and institutional mock interview programs.

Recurring scholarship mentorship program | 9 cycles since July 2022
The LPDP Hunter Mentorship Program was developed to provide structured peer support for LPDP applicants throughout the scholarship selection process. The program began in July 2022 in response to a need for a trusted space where applicants could discuss the scholarship process, required documents, preparation strategies, and practical experiences with people who had already gone through the process.
The initiative evolved from informal peer support into a recurring mentorship program conducted approximately twice a year in line with LPDP application cycles. From Batch 2 of 2022 through Batch 2 of 2026, the program has completed nine cycles.
Each cycle typically supports approximately 150–200 applicants with 20–30 mentors, with mentors primarily drawn from LPDP Awardees and alumni.
