Critical path: lesson plans ✅ → chains (2.x) → deps lock + prep email (~Sep 1) → dry-run → media capture → voice pass. The riskiest line is 2.x: six chains in ~2 weeks — the stretch pool and variants are the designed relief valves; hero/TSL/state never get cut.
