SmartForm AI is an end-to-end agentic lead qualification and response system. A prospect fills a contact form. Within 90 seconds they receive a personalised email. The founder receives a Slack notification only if the lead scores 80 or above. Every lead is logged in a structured database and visible on a live dashboard.

Four Layers of the System

• Layer 1 — Capture: Webhook-triggered entry point receives the raw form submission. A validation node cleans and structures the input before any AI processing begins.
• Layer 2 — Intelligence: The Gemini agent evaluates the submission across six weighted criteria and returns a structured JSON score with reasoning, priority level, and a one-paragraph AI summary.
• Layer 3 — Routing and Response: An IF node routes based on score threshold. Leads scoring 80+ trigger a personalised email plus Slack notification. All others receive a standard email response.
• Layer 4 — Persistence and Visibility: Every evaluation is logged to Supabase with full score breakdown, AI summary, recommendation, and timestamp. The React dashboard surfaces leads by priority in real time.
