This page is for participants who need a Chinese visa or additional invitation documents. Check the Chinese embassy or consulate responsible for your application to confirm the right visa category, documents and local procedure for your nationality, residence and actual visit purpose.
We recommend applying for your visa after your muShenzhen participation application has been approved. This means approval to join the programme; it is not visa approval. Plan around the programme dates, 29 November–18 December 2026, and allow time for the consulate’s process.
Use the China Online Visa Application portal and the responsible embassy, consulate or designated visa centre’s instructions. Submit the required materials, follow requests for additional evidence and track your application. The authorities decide the outcome.
Detailed reference: The attached preparation guide is supplementary; current official requirements take priority.

If you need programme information or supporting materials, contact [email protected] after receiving your participation approval. Share your nationality, application country and responsible consulate, intended travel dates, and the exact document requirements provided by that authority.
Mu will do its best to assist with programme-related supporting materials, subject to what the team can provide. Mu does not issue visas and cannot guarantee a visa, entry permission or processing time. Available documents and turnaround times must be confirmed with the team.
An ordinary event invitation is different from an Invitation Letter (TE) or Invitation Verification Form. If the consulate requests an officially verified document, send Mu its exact name and requirements; providing such documents is not a confirmed Mu service.
