案例04｜資料報告：交易調查摘要與 9 個工作表導覽

一、案例定位

Activity 4 將前面分析整理成可閱讀的 report：建立 Summary、專業 title、dataset description、table of contents 與 worksheet links。

二、學習目標

將分析工作簿轉為 report structure。
反覆 refinement title／description。
建立 worksheet TOC 與 navigation。
避免報告標題先於證據下定論。

三、案例情境

來源先要求 5 個 titles，最後選擇較聚焦的一個，再讓 Copilot描述 Transactions 欄位並列出 worksheets。

最終 Summary 包含 title、資料集說明與 9-sheet TOC。來源 Figure B-15 顯示完成報告。

七、結果分析與管理解讀

來源 title 使用 Alleged Irregularities 而非把「不法」寫成已證實事實，這比更煽動的候選標題更符合證據狀態。報告語言應區分 observation、suspicion 與 proven fact。

八、AI 提問詞

請根據已驗證分析提出 5 個專業 report titles。若證據只是異常模式而非已證實不法行為，標題必須使用 alleged／potential／unusual patterns 等限定語，不要把假設寫成事實。
