Steps

1. Open API Keys.
2. Find the key you want to use.
3. Click Start in the Actions column.
4. Copy the API Base URL, API Key, and primary model shown in the dialog.
5. Choose the tab for your client: Codex CLI, Claude Code, or Opencode.
