PMBOK® Guide 與 The Standard 的關係

The Standard提供project management的foundation、principles與life-cycle thinking;PMBOK® Guide則加入Performance Domains、40個processes、Tailoring、Inputs and Outputs、Tools and Techniques,協助團隊把原則轉為實際管理工作。

Technical Ways of Working

Guide

即使重新引入processes,原書仍強調not all processes apply to every project all of the time。
