• Batch screening — upload multiple resumes against a single JD and receive a ranked shortlist
• Candidate comparison view — side-by-side evaluation of two candidates for the same role
• Bias detection flags — surface language patterns in JDs that may inadvertently filter qualified candidates

Success gate: Batch processing handles 10+ resumes in a single submission with consistent scoring quality.

Phase 3 — Workflow Integration (Months 5–6)

• ATS integration — push evaluation results directly to Greenhouse, Lever, or Notion databases
• Recruiter feedback loop — allow recruiters to flag incorrect recommendations, feeding back into threshold calibration
• Analytics dashboard — score distribution over time, recommendation accuracy tracking, time-to-shortlist metrics

Success gate: First ATS integration live. Recruiter feedback loop operational with at least 50 flagged evaluations used for threshold calibration.
