What to Tailor Life cycle/development approach、processes、engagement與其他practices 把框架轉成符合project context的working system 需考慮regulation、contracts、standards與organization policies

Tailoring

主要包括 life cycle and development approach selection、processes、engagement,以及Performance Domains中各種methods、artifacts與working practices。

Tailoring Process

  1. Select Initial Development Approach:先判斷predictive、adaptive或hybrid較符合deliverable與uncertainty。
  2. Tailor for the Organization:對齊組織既有governance、policies、standards、PMO、culture與enterprise systems。
  3. Tailor for the Project:再依product/deliverable、project team、culture與專案特殊條件調整。

Governance

Tailoring Performance Domains
