• Live waveform visualisation — visible during active call
• Real-time transcript panel — ARIA and YOU lines displayed as conversation progresses
• Post-call modal — pre-filled with name, email, problem summary captured from Vapi tool-call events
• Four checkbox groups — budget range, timeline, team size, service interest
• Free text field — additional context
• Confirm and Skip buttons — both trigger n8n Workflow 2
• Booking confirmed state — meeting join link displayed after successful workflow response

Purpose: The core product experience. Every element serves the booking flow.
