The City’s next externalization is now tracked in E47 Publication Program — Reproducibility, External Benchmark, and L_IG.

It contains three distinct deliverables:

  1. reproducible notebooks for $C,K,Q,P$ and Haar Monte Carlo;
  2. one preregistered external measurement of $N_{\mathrm{inv}}$ versus $N_{\mathrm{diff}}$;
  3. a formal-language paper defining $L_{IG}$.

The benchmark remains not yet measured. Existing certificates and simulations remain supporting evidence, not the external empirical result.
