My Story

For years, I struggled with many of the challenges that come with ADHD.

Impulsivity.

Addictive behaviours.

Inconsistency.

Overwhelm.

Difficulty maintaining routines.

And constantly feeling like I was falling short of my potential.

I spent years blaming myself for things I didn't understand.

After receiving my ADHD diagnosis, working through therapy and rebuilding my life through fitness, structure and accountability, I developed a completely different understanding of myself.

I stopped fighting my ADHD and started learning how to work with it.
