Subject: Important Policy Updates & New Procedures

Please review the following policy updates and new procedures effective immediately:

1. Shower Towel Rental Fee

We are now charging $1 for shower towel rentals at both locations. Please ensure members and guests are aware of this fee when requesting towels.

2. Tennis & Pickleball Court Reservations

Tennis and pickleball players will be asked to begin checking in for their reserved court time. When they do, add their names to the reservation in the system. This helps us track court usage accurately and ensures proper accountability.

• Health members using a tennis or pickleball court will be charged a $25 court usage fee.
• Non-members may book courts day-of only for a $25 court fee per person.

3. Photo ID Verification for Young Members

For members who appear to be approximately 16-25 years old, please:

• Request to see their driver’s license, student ID, or some acknowledgement of their identity, and explain how they can download the ParkFit app to scan in with a barcode.
• When they scan their barcode for entrance, verify they have an updated photo on file.

4. Preventing Unauthorized Entry

If you notice two people checking in under the same name or anyone attempting to sneak in without proper check-in:

• Hold them accountable immediately
• The non-member must either leave the facility or pay the guest fee
• Do not allow unauthorized access under any circumstances
