Starting this month, we'll be launching monthly training videos that cover:

• What's happening in both clubs: Upcoming events, new additions, and promotions
• Topic of the Month: Process improvements, tutorials for common membership management and customer service issues, and tips to help you grow your skills and elevate our member experience

These videos are designed to help you feel more informed and confident in your role, and to strengthen cohesion across our North Park and Central Park teams.
