🛂 Arrival Checklist

Work through this before you travel. Tick each item off as you complete it.

[ ] Apply for Indonesia e-VOA / e-Visa
[ ] Download the AllIndonesia app and complete arrival card (do this on the plane)
[ ] Pay the Bali Tourist Levy (IDR 150,000 per person — required for all foreign visitors)
[ ] Check passport is valid for 6+ months from travel date, no water damage
[ ] Purchase travel SIM plan — download the app and log in before departure
[ ] Confirm airport pick-up or download Grab and add payment details
[ ] Check Smart Traveller for any travel advisories
[ ] Share travel dates and flight numbers with a trusted contact at home
[ ] Save emergency contact list (digital AND printed)
[ ] Write your phone number and accommodation details on a sticky note inside your passport
[ ] Confirm travel insurance is active (or activate credit card travel insurance)

IMPORTANT: The AllIndonesia arrival card and Bali Tourist Levy are both required. The Tourist Levy can be paid online before arrival at lovebali.baliprov.go.id. Don’t leave these until you land.
