This pack aims is to give your projects guards. If you need to freshen up the guys guarding the gates, this pack is just what you need.
These animations were primarily developed for NPCs, creating atmosphere and livening up the scenery. Here you'll find animations for: guards lazily or aggressively wielding hammers and axes, guards sleeping leaning on a spear or blocking travelers' path with their halberds, guards standing at attention or threateningly reaching for their sword hilts. All of these are available separately for Manny and Quinn.
In update 2.0, absolutely all animations were reworked. Essentially, they were made from scratch, while maintaining the style and purpose of the original. The original animations also remain in a separate folder. In addition to taking animations to a higher level, Beginning and Ending sequences were created for almost every animation chain, allowing the character to begin an action and smoothly end it.
The package is very easy to use, let's look at an example:
AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_1Start - means
AS - animation sequence He - that the UE Mannequin, specifically the Manny version, was used to develop the animation Guard - the character's actions are designed for the role of a Guardian Axe - means that the animation was created with an axe or hammer in mind 3 - means an animation variant 1Start - means the order of the animations in the animation chain, specifically in this case, this is the first animation
Naturally, you can use the animations however you like, but just in case, we'll give an example of how we designed the chains.
AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_1Start - The character strikes a pose (pulls out an axe/mace) AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_2Loop - Idle loop, the character mimes guarding AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_3Tranzit - Transition to another idle loop AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_4Loop - Loop of this idle loop (additional loop for variety) AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_5Tranzit - Transition back AS_He_Guard_Axe_3_6End - End of the loop (the character puts away their weapon)

This simple package is ideal for projects with busy spaces.
