Progress Club ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile focus timer app built and operated as an independent product. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. By using Progress Club, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what's necessary to operate and improve the app.

• Account data — if you create an account, we collect an email address and any display name you provide.
• Usage data — session durations, timer completions, streaks, and in-app activity (e.g. Bix earned or spent).
• Device data — device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier.
• Purchase data — if you complete a purchase, payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
• Crash and diagnostic data — error logs and performance data to help us identify and fix bugs.

We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone input, or camera data.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the app
• To sync your progress, streaks, and in-app currency (Bix) across sessions
• To process purchases and verify access to paid features
• To send transactional communications (e.g. account confirmation, password reset)
• To analyze aggregate usage trends and improve the product
• To diagnose crashes and fix technical issues
