🚀 Step 1 — Smart prefill

1. Your job title is already pre-filled in the Smart prefill field
2. Click Prefill — Qualivio automatically generates weights and key skills
3. (Optional) Click "Add a role description" to paste the full job description
4. You can also import a PDF of the job description
5. Click "Validate and configure scoring" to continue

• Technical skills — 25 pts
• Project experience — 20 pts
• Responsibilities — 20 pts
• Environment / sector — 10 pts
• Tools & software — 10 pts
• Career stability — 15 pts

Total : 100 pts
