The Realist Hub Short courses

Thank you for your interest in training delivered by Dr Jo Howe via The Realist Hub Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline what you can expect from the course, how payments and cancellations are handled, and what your rights are under UK consumer law.

Please ensure you read this page in full before completing your booking and payment. By submitting your registration and making payment, you are confirming that you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Course Format

• The course will be delivered live via Microsoft Teams across four interactive sessions.
• All sessions will be recorded for accessibility reasons. You will be provided with a time limited access to these recordings.
• Your booking includes two 45-minute 1:1 sessions: one to be scheduled during the course period, and one follow-up session to be redeemed within three months of the course end date. An optional additional 1-hour 1:1 session is available at a reduced rate — see course details at the point of booking.

2. Booking, Payment, and Contract Formation

• Payment must be made in full to confirm your place.
• After completing the booking form, you will be directed to a secure Stripe payment page.
• A legally binding contract is formed when your booking is submitted and payment is received in full.
• Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the course has not yet started. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested during this period.

b. Waiver for Late Bookings
