By commissioning Fuwa (the Artist), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the Artist and the Client, ensuring a smooth, respectful, and creative collaboration.

➛ Artist’s Rights

Fuwa, as the original creator of all commissioned artworks, retains full and exclusive rights to every piece created. These rights include, but are not limited to:

• Sharing the artwork on social media platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, Instagram, ArtStation)
• Including the piece in digital and printed portfolios
• Using the work in promotional graphics, commission examples, or artbooks
• Creating merchandise based on the artwork (unless otherwise agreed upon)

Commissions are, by default, not private. If you would like your commission to remain confidential or unpublished, this must be explicitly requested before payment and will incur an additional privacy fee.

➛ Right to Decline

Fuwa reserves the right to refuse any commission request without needing to provide a detailed explanation. A commission may be declined for reasons such as:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or overly graphic content
• Personal discomfort with the theme or subject
• Incompatibility with Fuwa's current art style, interests, or schedule
• Unprofessional or disrespectful behavior from the client
• Past negative experiences with the client

Refusal is never personal, and boundaries must be respected.
