Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Between

Purpose: This MOU defines a mutual duty of care and covenant of conduct for Candidates receiving degree recognition under King’s College Seminary, and forms part of the graduation requirements to be affirmed during the Alumni Homecoming for GC2029.

Witness & record: This MOU is to be witnessed by Amicus Curae of the Academic Court, and signed by the Candidate and the Chief Academic Officer / President of the Seminary.

1) Parties

  1. The Church: Oikos in Geylang, including its appointed leaders and delegated representatives.
  2. The Candidate: the named degree recipient participating in the Seminary Gate pathway.
  3. The Seminary: King’s College Seminary, acting through the Chief Academic Officer / President.
