Hey, Dr. Ken Brown here.

If you asked for this, my guess is you’re dealing with bloating that feels different.

Not just “I ate too much” bloating.

More like pressure, distention, constipation, and that feeling like your gut is fermenting everything you eat.

When I see that pattern, I think about methane.

Methane is a gas made by tiny organisms in the gut called archaea. When they overgrow, they can slow your gut down, trap gas, and make constipation and bloating worse.

Here’s the protocol I think through:

First, stop feeding the fire.

If fiber powders, probiotics, protein bars, beans, lentils, onions, garlic, or big raw salads make you worse, that matters. Those foods may be healthy, but if your gut is already fermenting too much, they can add more fuel.

Second, get things moving.

Methane slows motility, so constipation has to be addressed. Hydration, walking after meals, slower eating, and not letting days go by without a bowel movement all matter.

Third, target the methane side.

This is why I developed Atrantil. It was designed for people dealing with bloating, pressure, constipation, and that methane/fermentation pattern.

Fourth, rebuild slowly.

Once bloating is calmer and your gut is moving better, then you can start adding fiber and plant variety back in gradually.
