Completed fixes:

• Created the clean attorney-facing folder name: V:\z - Attorney Team Docs\Adjuster Updates - Drafts
• Moved attorney folders into that clean root.
• Removed the old empty V:\z - Attorney Team Docs\Automated Adjuster Update Letters shell.
• Moved copied technical files out of the attorney-facing root and into the Codex recovery scaffold.
• Updated the generator config and weekly automation prompt to use Adjuster Updates - Drafts.
• Corrected the sync helper so it syncs attorney folders only and does not copy config/scripts/runner files into the attorney-facing root.
• Generated a fresh set of draft letters.
