Executive Summary
- This Learning Needs Analysis was commissioned by the Kartik Corp. Global L&D Division to systematically identify capability gaps across the organisation and align all learning investments with business priorities for 2026-2027.
- Data was gathered through a 24-question employee skills self-assessment, structured manager interviews, H2 2025 performance review data, exit interview analysis, and benchmarking against the SHRM and LinkedIn Learning 2025 Workplace Reports.
- Three critical priority areas were identified: Digital & AI Literacy, People Management capability, and Sales Effectiveness. These three gaps represent the highest risk to Kartik Corp.'s growth trajectory if left unaddressed, and form the backbone of the 2026 L&D Programme Calendar.
- This report presents findings, evidence, and a fully connected set of programme recommendations. Every programme in the 2026 calendar can be traced back to a specific finding in this document.
