CONFIDENCE RENTALS

EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Confidence Rentals (“Company”) and the undersigned Customer (“Renter”).

By signing this Agreement, Renter acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and voluntarily agrees to all terms below.

1. EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Renter agrees to rent inflatable rental equipment and related accessories provided by Confidence Rentals, including but not limited to bounce houses, blowers, extension cords, anchors, tarps, and setup equipment (“Equipment”).

Renter accepts delivery of Equipment in good working condition and agrees to return Equipment in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear.

2. ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK

Renter understands that use of inflatable amusement equipment involves inherent and substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Falls
• Collision with other users
• Entrapment
• Suffocation hazards
• Neck injuries
• Broken bones
• Sprains
• Paralysis
• Permanent disability
• Death
