This is a visual leadership role, not a pure execution role. The company already has strong 3D production capabilities in place. What they're looking for is someone who can define the creative vision behind campaigns and translate ideas into distinctive visual worlds.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creative direction for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Develop visual concepts and translate them into immersive 3D experiences.
- Define the look and feel of campaigns across films, motion, digital, and experiential touch points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to take ideas from concept to final execution.
- Provide clear visual direction to designers, motion artists, and 3D teams.
- Build moodboards, references, and visual systems that elevate the brand's creative output.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience across 3D, motion, advertising, or creative direction roles.
- Strong command over Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and KeyShot.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing end-to-end campaign development.
- Ability to develop original concepts, not just execute existing briefs.
- Strong visual storytelling and world-building abilities.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and motion.
- Comfortable presenting and articulating creative ideas to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with luxury, premium, or design-led brands.
- Strong understanding of motion, film, and advertising.
- Experience across experiential, retail, or spatial design projects.
