Canon scope: Supporting character from the Tidemother Reaches.
At 22, Amaya stands 4'11". She is a scholar trained by Hachi, and her patience and study are as important to her identity as her power. Her weapon is an umbrella sword. Her combat discipline draws on that training rather than treating the weapon as a purely decorative accessory.
The Sea Goddess Leviathan has chosen her. Amaya's connection to the goddess links her to the Reaches' history and religious understanding, particularly when Alice and Hikari eventually arrive and remain there for seven years.
Amaya's transformed state is called the Moon Tide. At 6'7", she hovers and has an entirely different physical presence. Tidal Halo, water-linked divine power, and the umbrella sword define her established combat vocabulary. Her base form and transformed form should never be treated as the same silhouette or physical scale.
Her visual design draws from scholarship, lunar imagery, and the tide. It is not a generic suit of aquatic armor.
Hachi is her mentor; Thalassar Veyr is the sovereign of her homeland; Alice and Hikari are later connections through the Tidemother arc.
The Sea Goddess Leviathan and the Hemal Leviathan are distinct twins. Their identities and powers must not be merged. Amaya's heights remain 4'11" and 6'7" in their respective forms.
