# Vigil Support

Welcome to Vigil Support. Get help with camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and magnetic-field scans, subscriptions, or technical

issues.

## Common Issues

A scan is not working

Open iOS Settings and confirm that Vigil has permission to use the camera, Bluetooth, local network, and motion

sensors. Restart the App after changing permissions.

Premium access is missing

Open Vigil and select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original

purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Vigil. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your

subscription.

Request a refund

Apple processes all payments. Submit refund requests at:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

## Important Notice

Vigil is an informational inspection tool. It cannot guarantee detection of every hidden camera, microphone, tracker,

or surveillance device. Always inspect suspicious objects carefully and contact the appropriate authorities if

necessary.
