Vigil is developed by Halime Uslu. This policy explains how the App handles information.

## Information Processing

Vigil uses your device’s camera, Bluetooth, local Wi-Fi network, and magnetometer to help identify nearby devices or

signals.

The App may process:

• Live camera frames;

• Bluetooth device names and signal strength;

• Local IP addresses, device names, services, and open ports;

• Magnetic-field readings;

• Scan summaries and preferences; and

• Subscription status.

Scan data is processed and stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers.

## Camera and Device Scans

Camera footage is analyzed live and is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. Vigil does not use facial recognition.

Network scanning is limited to your current local Wi-Fi network. Vigil does not access files or private communications

on other devices.

Bluetooth scanning processes nearby broadcasts, such as device names and signal strength. It does not access messages,

contacts, or files.
