BAYLORA is a mobile marketplace built around flexible transactions: a listing can use a monetary payment, an item exchange, or a combined payment + item offer.

Baylora reimagines traditional barter as a modern mobile marketplace. Instead of forcing every listing into a fixed-price purchase, it supports several ways for two users to reach a deal.
The core transaction modes are:
The app uses Flutter with Riverpod for application state. Its documented backend architecture uses Supabase services around PostgreSQL, authentication, storage, and realtime events.
Most marketplaces assume value is represented only by a price. Baylora explores a different model for used goods: a buyer may own something useful to the seller and only need an additional amount to make the exchange fair.
The product challenge is to make that flexibility understandable without pushing all negotiation into unstructured chat.

The product separates listing state from offer state. A listing may receive multiple proposals while every proposal retains its own lifecycle.
A listing represents what a seller is making available. Useful listing information includes seller identity, item details, photos/media, expected monetary value where applicable, accepted offer modes, and current availability.
The seller defines which offer types are acceptable so buyers do not have to guess whether an exchange is allowed.
