Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the collection, use, processing, and protection of personal data and privacy information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Information") collected through the mobile application software "AINIGHT" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") operated and provided by the operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our").

Section 1 (Information Collected and Method of Collection)

The Operator may collect and process the following categories of User Information in connection with the operation and provision of the Application: account identifiers generated or registered during account creation and authentication; user-defined character attributes, character names, custom prompt configurations, uploaded image assets, and voice samples deliberately selected or recorded by the User for voice cloning; chat dialogue logs and text inputs transmitted through interactive features; sleep tracking records, timestamps, and wake-up data; user-provided profile metadata; and technical server access logs automatically recorded for debugging, security, and performance optimization. The Operator does not engage in cross-app location tracking without authorization and does not record or monitor ambient environmental audio without an explicit recording action by the User.

Section 2 (Purposes of Processing and Use of Data)

Collected User Information shall be processed exclusively for the following specified, legitimate, and necessary business purposes:

  1. To provide, authenticate, administer, maintain, and optimize user accounts and the core operational functionalities of the Application;
  2. To enable the artificial intelligence (AI) processing engines to dynamically generate character dialogue text, create user-requested cloned voice models, synthesize character vocal outputs, and provide interactive conversation experiences;
  3. To execute the scheduled wake-up alarm functions, record and calculate sleep duration, and display sleep history analytics;
  4. To respond to customer inquiries, technical troubleshooting requests, and to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities, security breaches, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Section 3 (Third-Party Transmission, Data Processors, and Protection Standards)

  1. To create voice models and preview audio, the Operator sends voice samples selected or recorded by the User, voice-design instructions, and voice names to Fish Audio. To synthesize speech, the Operator sends the requested text and selected voice to Fish Audio. Other necessary subsets of User Information may be sent to AI model inference and cloud hosting providers to provide the Application's features.
  2. Data transmitted to such third-party providers is strictly prohibited from being utilized for the training, refinement, or tuning of general public artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The Operator confirms that all third-party processors maintain technical and organizational data protection measures equivalent to or exceeding the standards set forth in this Policy.

Section 4 (Data Retention, Deletion, and Account Revocation)

  1. Users retain the right to delete their account and permanently erase all associated personal data stored on the Operator's servers at any time by executing the in-app "Delete Account" procedure available within the Application's account settings menu.
  2. In the event that a User has uninstalled the Application or is otherwise unable to access the in-app account deletion mechanism, the User may submit a verified data erasure request by contacting the Operator at the designated email address specified in Section 5, whereupon the Operator shall expeditiously verify the User's identity and permanently purge the corresponding records.
